About Our Talent Development Certifications
Content
The ATD Certification Institute aims to provide world-class credentials for talent development professionals. We achieve this by creating talent development profession-wide standards, ensuring recognition through certification, and ensuring continued professional development through recertification. The Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD®) and the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®) , are globally recognized, practice-based credentials grounded in the Talent Development Capability Model™. Both require candidates to have hands-on experience in talent development, as well as a solid foundation of talent development concepts, prior to taking our standardized, and written exams.
