The Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) and the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), are globally recognized, practice-based credentials grounded in the Talent Development Capability Model. Both require candidates to have hands-on experience in talent development, as well as a solid foundation of talent development concepts, prior to taking our standardized, written exams. All candidates across the globe are tested against the same standard.
