Everyone from facilitators to instructional designers to learning technologists will have an array of opportunities for development.

More than forty courses are available and feature content for a variety of talent development roles. Additional courses will be added to the library as time goes on to meet the ever-changing needs of talent development professionals.

Once enrolled, you will receive an email confirming your access to the ATDYou Learning Library. To start learning, use your ATD credentials to log in to MyATD, where you’ll find access to the library listed under My Activity - Learning.

To interact with the ATDYou Learning Library, we recommend using a laptop computer with Wi-Fi capability. While the courses can be accessed on mobile devices, for the best learning experience, please use the Chrome browser on a laptop. This setup ensures a smooth and optimal experience while engaging with your courses.
