During an intake meeting for a new training request, the stakeholder shared that they needed various versions of a course to make sure it was both relevant for different audiences—including sales, service, implementation, marketing, clients, and vendors—and effective in meeting their business objectives. "The different audiences have such different requirements; there is just no other way. While we are at it, maybe we could even color-code the various courses to match our department themes. It would make it easy for everyone to know that the green content is for sales, while the purple is for service, and the blue is for clients," the stakeholder explained.
